Dual Thunderbolt 3 ports support both device charging & daisy chaining, and a 12Gb SAS (SFF-8644) Expansion Port allows for the connection of additional SAS drives that are bridged to Thunderbolt by the SymplyPRO. LTO-9 boasts a native capacity of 18TB (45TB compressed) and native performance of 300MB/Sec (750MB/Sec compressed), supports 256-bit encryption along with WORM media. Compatible with LTFS (Linear Tape File System) making backup and archive operations easier to an open source and interchangeable tape format.
