DV Dual LCD Digital Charger
Implemented Backlight
With an implemented backlight in the large LCD screen, the reading function is enabled in the dark, giving you the ability to use the charger anywhere and at any time.
Large LCD Screen
A large LCD screen provides a clear, accurate, and precise display of the charging status. The USB output and DC 12V input display charging mode provide a clear overview of the way the charging mode is used to charge your professional battery. With an implemented backlight, the reading function is enabled in the dark.
Dual Bay Charging Option
The charger has the option to charge one or two batteries simultaneously. The intelligent MCU control can automatically identify the number of batteries inserted in the charger and the voltage, preventing overcharging, depending on the choice of a charging mode (boost or standard).
Charging Technologies
Intelligent charging systems integrate control systems within the charger and electronics within the battery to enable precise control over the charging process. As a safety precaution with high-capacity batteries, a pre-charge phase is used. The charging cycle is initiated with a low current. If there is no corresponding increase in battery voltage, it indicates that there is likely a short circuit in the battery (zero-volt activation). Constant Current/Constant Voltage (CC/CV) charging mode is an effective way to charge lithium batteries. When a lithium battery is almost discharged, we use constant current to charge it. The charger's CPU automatically adjusts the charging current so that it is lower than the maximum charging current the battery can accept. With constant charge, the battery voltage slowly increases until it reaches a maximum voltage, at which point the charger switches the charging method to "constant voltage" and reduces the charging current. When the battery is fully charged, this state terminates.
Charging Time
The Intelligent Control MCU can automatically identify the voltage and number of batteries on the charger and prevent overcharging depending on the selected charging mode. In BOOST charging mode, a professional battery such as the HED-BP75D with 74.88 Wh will be charged in approximately 3.5 hours. Two HED-BP75D batteries will be charged in approximately 6.5
