DIRECT DELIVERY
Photo and video products can be delivered directly to our center from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00 (for devices under warranty, it is necessary to deliver, together with the product, the warranty certificate).
WARRANTY SHIPPING
For shipping you can contact the GLS courier Email ardeatina.ritiri@gls-italy.com referring to our subscription code R3850 standard shipping carriage forward. Attention: any shipments not made in this way will be charged to the sender (see: Paid repair conditions). Products under warranty must always be accompanied by a fiscal document (receipt, purchase or sales invoice) with the indication of the purchased product, clearly legible and with the duly completed warranty certificate, essential to carry out the repair under warranty. Avoid, if possible, sending us accessories that are not strictly related to the repair (instruction booklet, battery charger, etc.) with the exception of DOA (DeadOnArrival) products or those for which replacement is foreseen, for which it is ESSENTIAL to send the complete packaging. Camera Service Roma assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss of accessories not relevant to the repair. As regards unsold products (retailers) it is necessary to purchase invoice. Devices shipped without a tax document will be considered in the estimate and therefore repaired and sent back - without notice - with the addition of courier costs. Once the above process has been implemented, it is no longer possible to change the procedure. It is recommended to package the devices appropriately and include the address, telephone numbers (including a mobile number), email address, company name, VAT number (if you have one) and tax code inside the package in a clear and legible manner. PAID SHIPPING
Products that are not covered by the warranty must be shipped at the customer's expense with a courier of his choice. The freight collect option is excluded. If you prefer, you can use our reference courier GLS. It is necessary to contact GLS at the internet address https://gls-group.com/IT/it/home/, requesting shipping with freight collect and standard mode, and providing our subscription code R3850 . Attention: shipping carried out via our reference courier GLS according to the methods expressed above does not include insurance coverage in any case. Any losses or damages will not be reimbursed by CAMERA SERVICE. Avoid, if possible, sending us accessories that are not strictly related to the repair (instruction manual, battery charger, etc.). Any damages, losses or misplacements of accessories will not be reimbursed by CAMERA SERVICE. It is recommended to package the equipment appropriately and insert the address, telephone numbers (including a mobile number), email address, company name, VAT number (if you have one) and tax code clearly and legibly inside the package.
